It is time to raise some money for the ARTS!! Please sign up to help at the concession stand. It’s fun and easy. The Friends of Berlin Arts is the non profit organization managing the outdoor concession stand. All proceeds benefit student performing art programs. Parents, students and grandparents welcome.
End times are estimates; for most events it will be earlier, but we can’t give an exact end time for Friday football.

Group of 4 that consults with FPBA VP, Concessions Chair. Team partners to improved the facilities and align on menu and pricing.

Concession Shift Leaders–
All concessions shift leaders are required to have background checks on file.

The concession lead manages the stand during events. They are responsible to train new people, ensure food is being prepared at an appropriate intervals. Also in charge of money/safe.
Cashier- take orders and money. Adults only.
Note Olentangy employees can do this position. You are part of a booster organization when you are with concessions.
Runner– grab food and drinks for the cashiers. Students or adults age 8 and over.
Food Prep– pull slushies, make hot dogs, pretzels and popcorn, nachos, hot chocolate, ramen and restock candy. Student or adult age 12 and over.
Cleaning Crew- team of 4 that cleans concessions every Saturday AM. Team will wipe down all surfaces, mop floors and ensure all equipment is clean.
Laundry Volunteer- washes towels for concessions weekly. Laundy soap and bleach is provided.
